Matt Gallant

Matthew Gallant’s life and career have been defined by service, leadership, and the ability to perform under pressure.

A combat veteran of both Iraq and Afghanistan, Matthew served in the United States Marine Corps from 2007 to 2011 as a Machine Gunner with Echo Company, 2nd Battalion, 9th Marines. During his military service, he deployed to Ramadi, Iraq, and later to the heavily contested regions of Marjah and Sangin, Afghanistan. While serving in Afghanistan, Matthew was wounded in action and awarded the Purple Heart on August 27, 2010, joining a distinguished group of Americans whose sacrifices embody the highest traditions of military service.

The Marine Corps instilled in Matthew a mindset that continues to shape every aspect of his professional life: mission first, people always, and excellence without compromise. Operating in some of the world’s most challenging combat environments taught him how to lead through uncertainty, make critical decisions under pressure, and remain focused on results when the stakes are at their highest.

Following his military service, Matthew successfully transitioned into the private sector, where he developed a reputation as an operational leader capable of driving growth, improving performance, and building high-performing teams. His career culminated in serving as Director of Operations for a private equity firm, where he oversaw business operations, implemented strategic initiatives, and helped execute organizational growth objectives. His ability to combine disciplined execution with long-term strategic thinking became a hallmark of his leadership style.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Matthew has remained deeply committed to serving his local community. He served for three years as President of the Tusca Oaks Homeowners Association, a neighborhood within the Tuscawilla community of Winter Springs, Florida, and continues to serve as an active board member. In this role, he has worked closely with residents, community leaders, and local stakeholders to help guide neighborhood initiatives, strengthen community engagement, and ensure responsible stewardship of community resources.

Today, Matthew brings that same level of commitment and professionalism to the Central Florida real estate market. As a REALTOR® and member of the Creegan Group, he specializes in helping clients navigate complex real estate decisions with confidence and clarity. Drawing upon his military background, executive leadership experience, and community service, Matthew approaches every transaction with a disciplined process, strong communication, and an unwavering commitment to client success.

Working alongside his wife and business partner, Jessica Gallant, Matthew has built a reputation for delivering a first-class client experience. Whether assisting military families, first-time homebuyers, luxury home clients, sellers, or investors, he believes every client deserves honest guidance, expert representation, and a trusted advocate throughout the process.

Matthew’s journey—from the battlefields of Iraq and Afghanistan to executive leadership, community leadership, and real estate—reflects a consistent commitment to service. He understands that trust is earned, not given, and that lasting success is built through integrity, accountability, and results.

Today, he continues to serve his community with the same dedication that defined his military career, helping individuals and families achieve their goals while building a legacy grounded in leadership, resilience, and service above self.
